Dear Sir/Madam: I attended the Hamilton Clergy Golf Tournament on Monday, September 10th and just wanted to thank you very much for the fine meal. Over my 38 years of priesthood I have attended numerous receptions, banquets, meals and various events where food was available and I must say that NEVER have I tasted food as good as the food I had at your facility. The meal was in fact, FANTASTIC! Whoever cooked the Prime Rib and the Ham did a superb jon and as I am sure that you might from time to time, hear complaints about one thing or another I felt that it was only fair that you hear the compliments as well. Wow, what a great day we had last Friday. Thank you for your help in coordinating the day for us. The lesson with Sandy was helpful for the beginners, hitting some balls on the driving range was great practice, the golfing itself was great fun and the dinner was superb! Everything, really…the salad, the warm buns, the entrees, and the unbelievable dessert! Your food rivals that of a gourmet restaurant, for sure. We had such fun. In my 16 year association with the Canadian Tour, I have personally witnessed and taken part in the set-up of numerous championship golf courses across Canada, the United States, South America and Mexico. Without question, the New Course at Hidden Lake provided an outstanding venue for the Canadian Tour 2009Fall Qualifying Tournament. Comments from new members securing their 2010 Canadian Tour playing privileges at Hidden Lake, attest to the fact that the golf course offers a challenge to golfers of all abilities. In the final analysis, the best testament to a golf course surely comes from the touring professionals thatget the privilege to experience it under tournament conditions.We would also like to thank the entire Hidden Lake staff for the pleasant, helpful and professional manner in which they dealt with both the competitors and Canadian Tour staff.
